# Web Data Connector (WDC)

> The Web Data Connector feature has been removed from Curator.

## Removed

The Web Data Connector (WDC) feature has been removed from Curator. Tableau deprecated Web Data Connectors
in Tableau Server version 2023.1, and the `/wdc` endpoint has been fully removed from the Curator codebase.

For data extraction from Curator, consider using the [Data Manager API](/embedding_using_analytics/data_manager/connecting_to_data_manager)
or [exporting data](/embedding_using_analytics/data_manager/exporting_data) instead.
