Enable Report Builder Email Option
- Navigate to the backend of the system (e.g.
http://curatorexample.com/backend). - Log in if prompted.
- In the left hand navigation click on Settings > Curator > Portal Settings.
- Click on the “Features” tab at the top of the main page content.
- Scroll down to, and expand, the “Toolbar Buttons (Curator Actions)” section.
- Click to toggle on the “Report Builder: Email Option” button and click the “Save” button.
Configure the default bcc, subject, and body
- Navigate to the backend of the system (e.g.
http://curatorexample.com/backend). - Log in if prompted.
- In the left hand navigation click on Settings > Curator > Portal Settings.
- Click on the “Report Builder” tab at the top of the main page content.
- Scroll down to, and expand the “Report Builder: E-Mail Settings” section.
- Fill out the “Email BCC Addresses”, “Email subject”, or “Email body” fields as desired, and click the “Save” button.
Send an email with the built report
- Navigate to the frontend of the system (e.g.
http://curatorexample.com). - Log in if prompted.
- Navigate to the desired Dashboard by using the navigation menu.
- Generate the images you want to use for your report.
- Click on the presentation icon at the top right portion of the screen. Normally this is displayed on the right side of the title bar in the Dashboard.
- Click on the email icon to “Email presentation as PDF”.
- Fill out the Email Address(es) field with the desired recipients. You can enter multiple email addresses by using commas to separate them.
- If you have the correct permissions you can edit the subject and body.
- Click the send button when finished.
